Hey there! Happy to help.

 

You can find this information by searching for Spotify in your email inboxes and you will find the date when you joined by that first welcome email. If you subscribed to Premium when you joined Spotify, you can also check your Receipts page as that will include purchases made on Spotify's services from day 1.
