How to cancel subscription when not even on Premiu...

Hi Ive noticed I was only on Free Spotify the whole of my free trial so now when I cancel I cannot as never set up Premium to begin with. Also now been charged £9.99 for not even using Premium services. My fault I know but just want to cancel.

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Free?

If so, and if you've been charged, you probably have a second Spotify account.

In this case you should try logging in with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.
