How to change geographic location without paying?

Hello Spotify Community,

I downgraded a couple months ago from Spotify Premium to Spotify Free, since I don't use it as often as I used to.

I have moved geographic location and would like to make the according change on my Spotify account, so that I can listen to music again.

When I try to do so, the country scroll-down menu is grayed out, and the only option I'm left with is upgrading to Premium and giving my card details, which I don't want to do.

I have sent a Help Form, but they just redirected me to the generic answers they provide on the website. That is why I am turning to you, the community.

Can you guys help? Thanks in advance.
