How to do?

My premium is paid by my telephone company. Now I've finished it but want to keep my Spotify premium account. how do I do?

Hi @149317 and welcome to the Community! 🙂

You can check first with your phone company to see if they rolled over your account to Spotify directly or if they completely stopped your service. Some providers do default your account to Spotify directly -  especially if you were taking advantage of a promotional offer. This should be available in your providers FAQ or terms + conditions when you signed up.

You can also sign into Spotify with your current log in credentials and check your billing info on your account page. This would show if your user ID is at Free or not.
If you do not have any current access, you can always sign up as a Premium user through Spotify's website. I suggest you using the same user ID that you had with your phone provider so that you can keep your playlists and library.
