How to get out of Spotify?

I have tryed to cancel my subcribtion for Spotify, but not succeed. Please help me!

I have spotify free, but payed kr. 99 in 6 month!

You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
