My Question or Issue   

Helo Spotify - the best intrnet radio on the planet,
 I've been the Spotify user for some years, the last two I used Spotify Premium Individual. I paid for it with my credit card through my bank.  This  January  there was a problem with my payment cause the bank replaced my card with the new one because the old one lost its validity. I am still eager to use Spotify but I have to do the first payment with the new card myself. The next payments will be regularly done by my bank. So I need the address ie. full name of the company and the bank account to which I can send the money. Could you send me the necessary data? I'm, afraid  I will lose the possibility of listening to my favourite site and this I wil not survive. Yours faithfully

Fortunately, it's very simple to solve it. First, you need to double-check if your Premium subscription is still active through your account page. If it's still active, you just need to change your payment method by following these instructions:

However, if your Premium subscription isn't working anymore and your account got reversed to Free, you just need to subscribe to your plan, using your new payment method. You can find more information here:
