How to stop automatic spotify payment???

Hello! Atm spotify is automatically charging the 9,99€ from my bank account every month, how to stop that?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You should be able to sign in and cancel your subscription from your cancellation page.


If you can't sign in, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You should be able to sign in and cancel your subscription from your cancellation page.

I have tried on more than one occasion to cancel everything linked to spotify and I am still being charged and it is quite frankly ridiculous. You make it very hard and confusing to cancel subscriptions and even after sending 3 contact forms I have had no response. I am extremely frustrated and need help please.

That is odd. Could you have had another Premium account? Also, did you reply to the automatic response email that directs you back to the help pages (even if it's from a no-reply)? If you haven't, then please do so 🙂 IIt's worth a shot to check your Spam folder as well, in case the reply from Support got stuck in there.

I have had this problem for 4 months straight now and during this time I haven't had premium either, which is making this problem very annoying! I have asked for a refund and yet nothing has happened! I have also gone through every step given here and on my email. Looked at everything and yet nothing has changed.

That doesn't sound right. Could you have had a dublicate account or paying for another Premium? You should get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff by sending them a tweet or DM @SpotifyCares so that they can look backstage for you.

No this doesnt help. There is no 2nd account and i do not use twitter! Attachment is from the only account, which shows I do not have premium
