Hello, A client of mine was subscribed with a Premium account by her friend. The Email was created by this friend and user name and password as well. Now my client can´t login because she knows neither her account information nor her Email account (and she doesnt have any contact with this friend anymore). Now she wants to cancel her Premium account but doesnt know how. I woul appreciate it if someone would answer with a solution.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide the account's payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
