How to switch to annual payment option?

I recently used my premium trial and is coming to an end very soon. I would like to know how to switch to an annual payment instead of monthly. I do not use Facebook and live in Canada if this is of any use. Thanks.

Spotify no longer offer annual recurring subscriptions like they did in the past.

Normally the best option is to simply purchase a 12 month eCard for yourself, but eCards are not yet available in Canada either.
