In that case, you're likely logged into a different Spotify account in your desktop app/web player. 🙂

If the Premium features within the Spotify mobile app work just fine, it means that you're logged into the right account there. You can head into the app's settings and then click on Account, there it'll show you the username you're logged in with.

You can use that username to log into Spotify on desktop as well.
