I Forgot my email - help

I am entering from my facebook account. I want to know two things.

1. I lost my email and password, my username is juannmccportatil .If you say to me the email, I would know the password or do the things needed to recover it. It's all I need, I have a lot of lists there. Is a premium account.

2. Second thing, is that I would like (In another moment) change my email from the premium account to the facebook's one.

Don't send me to the private messages with spotify, because they didn't answered me at the email in two days, and the same in twitter account : @spotifyCares .

Are you able to sign in to your account via Facebook? If yes, you should be able to login at spotify.com too via Facebook. From there you should be able to see your e-mail address.

If you aren't able to login via Facebook, what error do you get?

Also, because you're an paying premium user, you should get an monthly invoice/receipt with your username (maybe it even get's send to the right e-mail account).

If you don't have access to the mailbox from your account, I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can sort this out for you.

If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Irresponsible boyfriend carelessly signed up for this and haven't used it since. Meanwhile, they steady taking my money and i cant contact anyone to cancel because he forgot all his credentials. Please help....ive paid over $150 for nothing and im furious
