I Have problems log in to my account.

I have triend to log in many times without luck now. I also trid to reinstall Spotify, but I get the same message every time. The message says "No internet connection or firewall blocking spotify. Please check your firewall configuration. Additionally you could try to change the currently used proxy settings" I have internet connection and my firewall does not block spotify. I dont know what proxy settings is? I cant understand what the problem is?  Can you help me?

Have you tried to completely disable your firewall? Have you also tried to use Spotify from a different network?

I have also tried to use spotify from a different network, but still i get the same message. I have not tried to completely disable my firewall. I dont know how to do that or wich site I can reinstall the firewall from?:P I am terrible at this kind of stuff!
