I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP!!! RE: SUBSCRIPTION

I am beyond fed up with Spotify.....

 

I signed up for Spotify Premium to get 3 months for $0.99.

 

Not only did I use the online form to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION before the 3 months was up, but I was CHARGED for the next month $9.99, filled out another form to cancel the subscription, and so far FIVE... YES FIVE... CUSTOMER SERVICE FORMS and not only have I NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR A MONTH OF SPOTIFY PREMIUM THAT I WAS NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR, BUT I HAVE NOW BEEN CHARGED A SECOND F*ING MONTH!!!

 

I have gotten NO response via any customer support personel.

 

This is unfair and horrible customer service and I demand to be refunded 2x $9.99 before I take this up legally.

The same thing happened to me. When I click on the "Contact Spotify" button on the help page, it opens up the same help page in another window. Does anyone know an email address I can contact?

Can someone please contact me???  I've been being charged twice a month and can't seem to get anywhere!!  I need a customer service rep from Spotify, not the community, to help with this please!!!

Are you kidding me? These charges came so close together, I thought they were a single charge each month. Then, when I canceled the service (In April), I saw another charge popup, and thought it was just a "final charge"...today I just happened to see the charge appear and I was stunned. Yeah, I feel stupid that I didn't catch this, but Spotify should know better for two reasons: 1) Why would I want two accounts on a single device, and 2) why would I continue a subscription after canceling? I sent the contact email and got an auto reply that I should find my answer here. Now what? I'm really unhappy and frustrated...clearly, I'm not alone. Class action law suit anyone? This stinks.

This doesn't seem right. When you got the automated email after using the contact form, did you reply to that email that you still require some help? If you haven't, please do as it should speed things up 🙂 Also, make sure to check your Spam folder in case a reply got lost in there.

 

Support usually gets back very fast, within 24-48 hours.
