I accidentally deleted the app from facebook

Hi, Yesterday I accidentally deleted the spotify app from facebook and now my account has gone, I reconnected it from facebook again and my Premium account is gone. I tryied everything and the email is the same but I no longer have premium and my playlists are gone too I need help!!! I've already sent emails to spotify support team but they don't answer them.
