I am being charged for my initial account after switching to the family plan.

I am being charged for my initial account after switching to the family plan.

I switched to a family premium plan a few months ago. I noticed that I have been being charged on the 3rd of the month and the 16th. One charge is the price of a premium account, the other the price of a family premium account. I am not sure how this is possible considering I upgraded my plan, and did not create a new one. I only have 1 account but I am being charged for 2. What should I do? I have already gone through the steps of checking that all of my email addresses are not linked to another account.
