Every time I try to log in to Spotify I receive a message that I already have an account with this email address

Hey @user-removed, thats uncomfortable, lets try to figure it out! 

 

Firstly, please check the: Problems logging in 

 

If you`re using your facebook, try to log in with your email and password, (instead of facebook button) and see if it works. 

 

Other solution is to reset your password:

Just enter your Spotify username or email address into our password reset form. When you do so, we'll send you an email with a link to create a new password.

 

Tip: Unsure of your Spotify username or email address? Or you might have another account on spotify? Try our handy guide to help jog your memory, or the HelpFlow, in case you`ve a second account.

 

Note: If you created your Spotify account with Facebook, but have since deactivated your Facebook account, you won't be able to log in to Spotify. 

If so, reply back here and we`ll try to figure things out!

Try clicking on forget the password and start the loggin again
