Hello,

 

You are charging my bank account every month for 99 DKK but I am NOT a member of Spotify and have commercials btw the songs - so there is no way to cancel it on your homepage. 

 

Will you please get in touch with me at codan2 @yahoo.com and cancel the payments immeditely!!!

Really sorry to hear about this,

 

Can you please confirm the following:

 

  • Do you have more than 1 Spotify Account?
  • Have you ever signed up to Premium?

If you have never signed up to Spotify Premium then i would recommend that you contact your bank at once and request them to remove the direct debt which will be set up.

Yes I once had Spotify, but it seems like my login was somehow changed so that when I now login there is no option to cancel membership - and when I listen to Spotify I have commercials!

Please contact your bank and request them to remove the direct debt set up to your account. This could take a few days depending on your bank.

 

It's probably a good idea to make Spotify Support aware of this issue as well by filling in a request form; https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/?contact

 

Please give them as much information as you can, reply to their "no-reply" e-mail for a faster response.
