I' am paying for premium and the service is limited

I' am paying for premium and the service is limited

I am paying the premium service and I am not having it; And verify that the monthly payment is being made correctly, what can I do ?

Hey @pedroelizalde, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you have a subscription but you're not able to see the Premium features, it's possible that you have more than one account. If you can think of more than one account, we suggest that you log out from the current one and try to access from the other one.

 

You can also check if your subscription is active here.
