I am paying fro premium and only receiving the free service

I am paying fro premium and only receiving the free service

I have be using spotify for over a year and about 3 months ago my premium subscription magically turned into a free service and you are still billing me! To make matters worse i think i may now be paying twice as not realising the money was still com,ing out of my account i tried to upgrade again. 

 

I've been trying to find out how to reclaim lost money and get my premium account back...I miss lsitening to music on my mobile! 

 

Please help

Hi kilpsy - All that's happened here is your payment for November couldn't go through successfully. 

 

I can see you updated your card details and resubscribed a couple days ago. If you still think you were charged twice this month please fill out our contact form.
