Problems resetting password

Hello,

now I'm writing the 4th time. When I created my account, I had a typing mistake in my EMail Address. Fortunately the Email address at the provider was free, so that I could register it. But when I now try to reset my password I don't get an Email from spotify, whether I use the UserName or the Email address.

I'm paying for this account and can't use it. Is it OK, if I quit the paypal abonnement, so that I cancel the premium services, or are there any problems?

By the way it is not this account!!

Just select the last option: Would you like to contact us before creating a Spotify account?. That way you don't need to sign in first.
