I am trying to sign into my account, but it is signing me into old account

I am trying to sign into my spotify account. Everytime I try to sign in, it signs me into my old account from years ago instead of the recent one

I recommend making sure you're signing in using your username (instead of your email address) and password. That way, you can only get logged into one specific account.
