I can not remove some accounts from my followers. Why?

I know I have to block a follower in order to remove them from my follower-list. But this only works on some accounts.

Could you try blocking the followers using a different device? Also try logging out and back in again a few times. It's also worth using a different internet connection.

I tried it from different devices and logging out and back in, which did not fix the problem 😕
