I can´t Enter „Premium Family“ in my account

I can´t Enter „Premium Family“ in my account

I can´t Enter „Premium Family“ in my account. It is telling me everytime „there is problem please try again later“.

Please visit your account overview at Spotify.com to check your current subscription.

If your account does not present the subscription you should be on, make sure to use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details and see if you're logged into the right one.

 

Then, use the troubleshooting steps provided on these help pages :

- Problems logging in

- Can't log in
