I can't cancel my premium account

I've been trying to cancel my premium account for 2 weeks and it is impossible !!! I follow all the steps and after selecting the reason I want to cancel, the blank page loads and never get back. It's so dissapointong, If I had to cancel my doubts before, I'm now absolutely sure I don't want to be spotify client any more.
How can I cancel the account or where can I place a complain? Thank you

Seriously such a scam.  Everything works perfectly when you want to join, but try and cancel, and they make it impossible.  Seriously very crooked IMO.
