I can't change my country to Italy - no way

I can't change my country to Italy - no way

I've registered with my account in Norway but I'm in Italy and I want to change the country in my account settings. Unfortunately when I choose Italy in the tab (it is the tab in which I also should put details about my card) everything disappear and I can't choose between Visa, Paypal etc so I can't change the country. How should I do?

Hey 🙂 

 

If you drop the customer services team an email using the online contact form they should be able to help you get that changed over.

If you are in Italy, you should be able to change your country to Italy from your online profile does that work?

Unfortunately that doesn't work. 
It's like the tab is locked on Norway.
And if I go into the tab of my account and I want to add details of my credit card, it lets me to change the country but then  I can save it because I can't add the details of my credit card.
As you can see from the second screen, I can't chosse between Visa, Paypal etc

Very strange, do you currently have an active unlimited/premium subscription?

I tried to contact the customer centre but they haven't replied yet.

Hi michelejake - Which browser are you using? Have tried changing your internet browser and giving it another go?

I'm currently using Google Chrome but I also tried Internet Explorer and it's the same

I've just tried also with Mozilla Firefox but the same again
