I can't change my country

I can't change my country

I'm living at Costa Rica though the card I use for paying is Honduran, I'm living here but I don't know why it send me a message that I can't use it anymore because I'm abroad, even though I pay for premium. Help please

Hey there @Kiriascr, welcome to the community!

 

You mentioned you already pay for premium, if you do, you definitely shouldn't be receiving error messages. Can you verify you're logged into the same account on your client and through the account overview? Also does it say you are subscribed to premium on the account overview?
