I can't change my payment method now, help please

Hello, i can't change my payment method, since i accidentally change the location of my account, now i am stuck at the error page and i wanted to add my US credit card to my payment method and change my country back to US,now i am force to use the prepaid premium card that I bought in US, but i can't listen to my previous starred songs due to those copyright restriction, can you guys please help me at least make my payment page back to normal and set me back to where i registed? thank you so much

I suggest you submit an online contact form as this is to do with payment. Someone at Spotify should be able to help.
