I can't get into my premium account

My Question or Issue

About a month ago, I noticed someone kept changing my songs and adding playlists. I logged out of all my devices and just waved it off as a one time thing, but now, I am posting from a different account just to make a thread about how I can no longer get into that account, and the only emails I use in rotation were said to not be associated with the login. Help would be appreciated

Is the activity on your other account still ongoing? Maybe whoever was using your account could have changed the email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/change-email-address/
