I can't get the promotion (0,99€ x 3 months) of Premium (Spain)

Hi, I can't get this promotion. Each time I do click on the link it directly redirects me to the payment page, and the amount is 9,99€/month.

 

There's any problem/limitation with my account??

Esa oferta es solo para usuarios que nunca antes han probado premium.

El problema esta, en que no avisan del cargo que te van a realizar de 9,99 €.

 

Es una verguenza, ya me he puesto en contacto con Spotify para que me devuelvan el dinero. Si no realizan la devolucion pedire al Banco que rechazen el cargo y la correspondiente reclamacion en la OCU.

@Albysoft , a la hora de pagar, en la pagina de pago, abajo delmtodo aparecen los terminos y condiciones.

 

Si quieres, puedes contactar con su servicio de At. Cliente rellenando este formulario, o twiteando a @SpotifyCares.

 


Si recibes un correo automático que te manda de vuelta a la comunidad o páginas de ayuda, respóndelo (aunque sea de "no-reply") y un empleado de Spotify se pondrá con tu caso.

 

 

 

No te olvides de revisar la carpeta de Spam 😉

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support (they can do something in order to make you happy) filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
