I can't log in for a few months now.

I can't log in for a few months now.

 I uninstalled and wanted to re-install but website won't even let me in now.

 

Some help plz? I don't know what kind of information I need to provide or whatnot.

 

Now I'm getting a screen that says that my e-mail doesn't correspond to any active account and when I try to create a new account with the e-mail it says that it is already taken..... really, I have been having this trouble for months and Spotify won't even add a way to post without loging in (Since that is the issue) so I had to look up one of my old FB accounts just to post this.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this, since they can see what has happened to your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
