I can't login to my Spotify account

I can't login to my Spotify account

I'm unable to log in. It's not at all login in... I tried to reset the password and log in using the email sent by Spotify, but it's not working.
I don't know what happened, but I can't log in... Please help!

First of all, just to make sure I have a better picture of what exactly is happening, could you give me more information about this issue you're facing?
1. You can't log into your account on a specific device or in all ones? Have you already tried to log in on another device or on the Web Player, for example?
2. What exactly happens when you try to log in? Is there any error message?
3. Did you create your Spotify account using a phone number, your email address, or a Facebook account?

Any other information you may have would be very useful here. Please, keep me posted! 🙂

I am having a similar problem as the user.

Can you help me login into Spotify?

1. I can't log in to my mobile phone app. I have tried logging in to the web player and on other devices and it worked.

2. When I try to log in, I get a message that "Something went wrong, please try again later".

3. My Spotify account is connected to my email as well as my phone number. I tried both login methods and got the same message as above.

Well, in this case, considering you're facing this issue only on your phone, I recommend that you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app on it. You can find more information about the procedure here:

After reinstalling Spotify, try to log in again, normally.
