When I try to login online not on the app it puts me in an infinite loop of asking for my log in details and I can’t find a way past it. It won’t even recognise the email for my Facebook in the reset password area

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
