I can't open my profile or anyone elses?

Hello,

When I search for a user's profile or try to open my own profile the screen just goes black. Also my profile picture is not showing.

It works fine when I search for specific artists and specific songs though. What is happening? I have a subscription and I use on a PC, MAC, and Iphone.
