I can't read my gift card code

I have tried and tried to get the gift card code to work. It keeps saying "this premium account ia valid" I checked the receipt and it is activated. It is next to impossible for me to decipher of the code has zeros or O's or if they are possibly d's! 've tried over and over to get help from "support" with no replies. I've replied to the automated replies, nothing. What am I supposed to do? This is beyond upsetting.

This has been solved. Once I sent in photos of the gift card, I got an immediate response. Just reply to the automated message. Thank you for solving this spotify!
