I can't unsubscribe

Hi

I signed up for the free subscription but need to unsubscribe so that I can be part of the family subscription. Because my e-mail address is already linked to the free account, I can't use it to join the family one. But I can't find any way of unsubscribing. All the guidance says to go on the Subscription tab and cancel the subscription, but there is no option to do this. Unsubscribing really shouldn't be this hard, and it's making me feel suspicious about the whole set-up. Please can someone tell me what to do because it's driving me mad. Thanks

Hey @alighome, welcome to the Community!

If you're Free, you don't need to unsubscribe. You can just join the plan using the invite that the administrator of the plan sends you.
