I cannot listen to all the tracks in my Offline List

Hi,

Some tracks in my Offline list appear with an exclamation mark and I cannot play them.

I can only play few songs in my iPhone even though I have the Premium account.

I have been living in China for 1 month and a half, is it because of that?

I paid for having my offline list even when I am abroad! I should be able to listen to it.

Please help me or tell me what to do.
