Ok. I have a sensitive problem.
I am a premium member and monthly a specific amount is written off my cc via paypall.
I was not paying attention and canceled a few booking that were for Spotify.
So now I am not a Premium member.
The problem is as follows:
1) I am abroad so I am not in my original country and cannot make use of Spotify.
2) Because I am abroad I also have no access to my Paypall details. Something is wrong with the account --> you guys cannot help me with that but ok.
3) I tried to log in via the site, to check my account and see if I can change the payment settings so the amount is directly written off my cc and not via paypall anymore, but every time I try to log into my account I get an error page. Also if I change the VPN.
So I don't know what to do now, I cannot log in and pay, and don't have access to Spotify at all.
