I cannot upgrade to Premium! (and the website is down on PC, WinXP, all browsers)

I've been a US Spotify user back since you had to invite FB friends in order to get it here.  Now I want the Premium subscription and the site won't let me get there!
What's going on and who can get me signed up on Premium so I can listen to my Playlists on my iPhone?!

Hi jkcouil - Have you tried using a different internet browser? Which step exactly is giving you trouble?

yes, all browsers - Firefox, IE, and chrome.  I welcome you to try from your end and see what your results are.

So first, thank you for helping.  When I visit spotify.com, any page within the site loads only in basic html (have checked all settings and all other visited webpages/browsers load fine, so it's not on my end).  This page:  https://www.spotify.com/us/#premium, does absolutely nothing when I click "Premium", it just reloads the same page.

I am already logged in, and it recognizes my account photo/image.

It seems Spotify's website has been down or buggy for many months now given a few other forums.  It boggles my mind that they wouldn't make this top priority given so many new and current users are trying to sign up for the Premium or Unlimited service.

@jkcouil - I am not aware of any ongoing website issues so this is news to me!

Would you be able to grab a screenshot of what the webpage looks like for you and let us know what browser (and versions) you have tried?
