I cant access Spotify Web or App

My Question or Issue

I tried to use Spotify app on my PC today (yesterday was fine), but when the app opens, nothings loads and there is only the gray background and the 3 dots on the top left. Tried to use the app on my smartphone and the app didnt load. Then i tried reinstaling the app on pc and on the smartphone and the same problem. I did notice that i cant access to Spotify on the internet browser from my PC, and i get the timed out error. 

I find it strange because if i use network data from my smartphone everything works fine, and if in my PC i use a VPN i have no errors and i can access to the Spotify Website without any problems.

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like there's an issue with your network, so I recommend restarting your router and obtaining a different IP address, if possible.

You can also check if the issue persists when connected to a cellular/mobile network or when connected to a different WiFi.

I tried changing IP, and reseting the router, but didnt fix the problem. When i conect to another wifi or using mobile network, i can access the app and the website without any problem.

In this case, I recommend that you reach out to your ISP to have them take a closer look at your issue, as it seems to be related to your network connection.

I dont know if the internet company did something or there was a fix from spotify, but the problem was solved
