I cant log in

I cant log in

Hi, My name is Bianca Petenucci Mauracheea and I'm unable to log in into my account. I tried emails, everything, and just get error. My phone before was connected automatically, and now disconnected and I can't log in. I'm a premium user and just paid 2 days ago.

I'm from Ireland, and I'm not sure if I have an account with Facebook login, emailogin, I tried all options and nothing works

Hey @Biapete, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. You do not need to log in to contact support through this channel, just need a valid email address that you currently have access to. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Hi 

I'm new to spotify. 

I've created the account in the desktop browser. This one works well, I can login and log out at will.

 

But when I try to login from my iphone it's always "something was wrong".

Login without password doesn't work either, i don't get the email.

 

What I already tried:

-changing password from the desktop browser. Didn't help.

-reinistalling spotify app on the iphone

 

All in all not a good first impression 😞

Any ideas anyone?
