Thank you for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Sorry to hear that you're getting double charges. What is most likely happening is that you have two active Premium subscriptions on your card, and one is not being used. The best thing to do is locate the account you're not using and cancel the subscription there.

 

You can find all the necessary info on how to do that here. If you're having trouble finding the account, you can reach out to customer support from the link in the 'Paying for multiple accounts' section.
