I paid twice for my yearly subscription by mistake. How do I get a refund

Hello there, hope you're doing well.

 

Here is an article to check out if you've been charged twice on your subscription.

I recommend going through it to see if you can't find a plausible explanation in there.

 

From there, you can proceed to customer support and someone will attend to issue as soon as possible.
