I have a big f**king problem

I have been using Spotify free for couple of years with Facebook and once it said that my time limit is full and I couldn't listen to music anymore. But somehow I managed to bypass that problem and I was able to listen to my old playlists and starred music. Now, the time limit has reached again and I don't know how to bypass it. So I made a Spotify account and connected it to Facebook in the hope that it would have loaded my playlists and starred music to the new Spotify account. But it didn't. When I tried to log in with the Facebook account that I had been using for a long time, it logged me in with the Spotify account wich I had connected to Fb. Then I disconnected the new Spotify account from Fb and I went to Spotify web site to change my e-mail for the Spotify account, so it wouldn't log in with the new account. SO, now I managed to log in with Fb and to access my old account. BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE THE OLD PLAYLISTS AND STARRED MUSIC AND THAT PISSED ME OFF!

Somebody just tell me what the fu*k should I do to get the thousands of songs I starred and the playlists?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to restore those playlists back onto your Facebook account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
