I have a new phone, the last thing that played on my old device was an ad. And now it doesn't work.

I had a Samsung galaxy tab 4, it stopped working completly because it overheated and the las thing that played was the middle of an ad. So now I'm on my new phone and whenever I go to spotify, that ad shows up and I play it and it says "This song is not available" and I click on an actual song it says "Get Premium now to play ad-free music everywhere".

Hi @Svcxrbfd. Well that shouldn't happen. Have you tried doing a complete uninstall/reinstall of the app? I suspect that that might fix it. If you're able to do so I would also recommend logging out before the uninstall. If that doesn't work, or if anything else comes up, please let me know and I'll help get it sorted. Cheers!
