I have a problem with payment

Hi guys...

 

My local gsm service gives to me 12 month free premium spotify membership. So i didn't pay any money in this month and use my free premium code and take mesage from spotify.

 

But now i take warning from spotify to my premium membership will be end if i won't pay fee. Can you help me how can i solve this.

Hello @cugurel and welcome to the community! 
Seems there is a problem with your gsm service, you should talk with them about whats happening there.. If they are not able to give you any information, I suggest you to contact spotify support, there you`ll be able to get help from the Spotify staff, who are responsible about those questions.
