I am a premium subscriber and I don't know how to go about starting new library without deleting the already music there. I want to start a new Library. Can u help me

If you mean you'd like to start anew, there's this thread here which explains how to do it. If you mean a separate library completely then that's not possible, it's tied to your username so it's only one per account.
