I have a transcript from live chat which has not been resolved, how do I access again?

Hi,

I have a live chat transcript and I was cut off. I am not able to find how to access the live chat again. I have had the issue since around November and currently paying (although my main concern is I want to access my music) and I would like to follow up again to get this resolved.

Can someone please tell me how to access live chat again or where I can send a copy of the tanscript to for someone to contact me and resolve?
