I have an Error code 3. I cannot log in on my computer

I can log in on my Phone, but I cannot log in on my Laptop. I have updated and changed my password, I have tried logging in with my email, connecting my account to apple and facebook yet nothing works.

I will request a complete re-install on your device- install from windows Store if previously installed directly from web.

Secondly, try using different internet connection to login once too 

In case the issue persist please share exact make, model number and version of the Spotify app
