I have been charged for premium but don't have access to it.

I have been charged for premium but don't have access to it.

So I needed to update my payment for my premium account and I was charged yet when I log in its still asking my to update my info.. I checked my credit card statement and I was charged for the premium. Help pls.

Hi @ekoorbeiram thanks for posting in the Spotify community! 

 

I would maybe suggest logging out and back into your account to see if it picks up on the change, failing that try opening Spotify with a clean cache (Incognito browsing or a different browser) or reinstall Spotify. Also, on your premium receipt make sure the username you're logging in with matches (if you signed up through facebook then it'll be a 10 digit username)

 

Hopefully one of them will do the trick!
