Hey @RAEMARTIN,

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Hope it helps. 🙂

Hi Osomios!

Thanks so much for the reply! J My problem is that I was always using
Spotify with my iPad and did not have a password. I just would click on to
Spotify and it would take me to my music. I received an email, on my laptop,
from Spotify saying to put in a password. I did and it kept telling me that
it was the incorrect password. It really could not have been incorrect
because I didn't have one in the first place. Since then, I cannot get into
Spotify on my iPad nor can I get into it on my laptop because it requires a
password. I then requested to change my password. I received the
email..followed the link.."changed" my password and they said that my
password had been successfully changed. So..I tried to log in immediately
and it said that either my user name and/or my password was incorrect? ????
I deleted both and retyped them, taking extra care..and again said nope,
wrong????? It said that it was "Error 3". I found where I could send an
email to Spotify themselves and asked if I could just delete the password
because this is where all my trouble began..putting in a password which I
didn't want.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito
mode), and see if that does it.

I don't know what "incognito mode" is? Do you mean by a "different browser"
that instead of google, maybe try using safari or something like that?
Please excuse my ignorance...I am older and not very tech savvy. J

Thank You so much again, Osomios...I really do appreciate you trying to help
me. I REALLY miss listening to my music on Spotify. L

Best regards,

Rae Martin J
